Brewing Instructions:

Espresso: 18G Dose / 39G Yield in 31 Seconds at 9bars/203F

Manual Brew: 30G Dose / 460G Yield in 3-3.5Mins. Use Bottled Water, just off boil. Fully Saturate Coffee Bed (BLOOM) for 30 Seconds, and then continuously pour until 375G. After brief pause, add remaining mass of water. Let completely draw down. Air Cool. Enjoy at 150F from a glass. Share with Friends. Enjoy.
